This three-month physical therapy (+) program, under the guidance of a clinical pelvic health specialist, is designed to get to the root of your pelvic health symptoms and enhance overall well-being for all genders. With integrated pilates, it prioritizes movement for pelvic health.

PELVIC HEALTH CLINICAL SPECIALIST

Meet Christina Seng, MPT

Christina provides treatment for pelvic pain and dysfunction, pelvic floor musculature dysfunction, bowel and bladder dysfunction, post-pelvic surgical care, prenatal/postnatal care, perimenopause/ menopause care, and sports orthopedic care.

She utilizes an evidence-based approach derived from her comprehensive orthopedic and pelvic health courses by Herman & Wallace Rehabilitation Institute® and the APTA®. She emphasizes treating pelvic floor dysfunction and orthopedic dysfunction simultaneously for optimal recovery.

Christina is a certified STOTT Pilates® instructor as well as a former dancer. As a certified movement specialist, she has a special passion for instructing Artistic Athletes performance enhancement to achieve length, strength, and power through movement.
