The Movement: Motherhood Edition
Learn how to safely stay active throughout each trimester of pregnancy and confidently return to exercise postpartum.
This session takes an individualized look at your body, movement patterns, and goals to support both you and your baby through exercise.
This is a one-session assessment designed to help you understand your movement baseline and provide general exercise recommendations based on your goals and stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery.

Safe return to exercise planning postpartum
Strength, mobility, and stability assessment
Education around breath and core coordination and functional movement
Addressing common movement related discomforts

The Push Prep
Prepare for labor and delivery—both physically and mentally—with our signature push prep session.
We’ll cover essential birth preparation strategies so you feel informed, confident, and empowered going into your delivery.
This is a one-session educational and movement-based session designed to prepare you for labor and delivery with practical strategies and guidance.

The Prenatal Check Up
The prenatal check up of your dreams—perfect for those feeling overwhelmed by changing symptoms, struggling with daily activities, or looking for expert guidance during pregnancy.
This session is designed to address ongoing concerns, answer your questions, and help you feel more supported throughout each trimester.
This is a one-session assessment designed to help you understand your current baseline and provide general recommendations to support your body throughout pregnancy.

Support for pregnancy related pain (back, hips, groin, pubic symphysis, neck, etc.)
Education on posture, body mechanics, and daily movement strategies
Diastasis recti assessment with prevention and management strategies
General core and abdominal wall support strategies

The Postnatal Check Up
This check up is all about YOU, mama.
Whether you’re early postpartum or further along in your recovery, this session is designed to help you reconnect with your body and create a plan to feel strong, supported, and like yourself again.
This is a one-session assessment designed to help you understand your postpartum baseline and provide general recommendations for recovery and return to activity.

Fourth trimester (first 12 weeks) recovery guidance
Return to exercise planning and progression
Cesarean scar mobility and perineal tissue care (external)
Support for postpartum pain (back, hips, neck, etc.)
Diastasis recti assessment and core retraining
Movement, strength, and functional recovery strategies

The Pelvic Floor Check Up (Prenatal & Postnatal)
A specialized session designed for those navigating pelvic floor-related symptoms through pregnancy or the postpartum journey.
Led by a pelvic health physical therapist, this visit offers a focused, in-depth assessment and provide expert recommendations tailored to your needs.
This is a one-session assessment designed to help you understand your baseline and provide general recommendations based on your unique findings.

Internal and/or external pelvic floor assessment
Evaluation of pelvic floor strength, coordination, and relaxation
Support for symptoms such as:
Vaginal heaviness, pressure, or prolapse-related symptoms
Urinary or fecal urgency and/or incontinence
Pelvic pain or feelings of tightness
Pain with intercourse
Please note: This session is designed for individuals with specific pelvic floor concerns. For more general pregnancy or postpartum support, our The Prenatal and Postnatal Check Ups provide full body assessment and guidance.
Ongoing Support: Based on your findings, your PT will outline a plan for your next steps. Many clients choose to continue with a membership for ongoing care to more fully address symptoms, integrate pelvic floor function with whole body movement, and progress toward your goals over time
