Allie Duffy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, expert in movement analysis, and comprehensively trained Polestar Pilates instructor. She earned her Doctorate from the University of Connecticut before relocating to Boston, where she specialized in outpatient orthopedics and developed a strong clinical focus on movement dysfunction and performance.
She is the founder of The Pilates Rx, where she integrates physical therapy and Pilates to deliver highly individualized, evidence-informed care that bridges rehab and performance. Allie is known for her precise movement assessment, clinical depth, and ability to translate complex patterns into clear, effective treatment strategies that support long-term change.

Jessica is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned both her Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Science and her Doctorate from Northeastern University. She has extensive experience in both orthopedic and perinatal care and specializes in helping clients move efficiently, recover fully, and build lasting strength through all stages of life.
She is the founder of The Pilates Rx “For the Moms” program, supporting clients through pregnancy and postpartum with expert, movement-based care that bridges physical therapy and Pilates. Jessica also serves as Clinic Manager at The Pilates Rx, where she leads clinical operations and helps ensure a high standard of individualized, patient-centered care.

Christina Seng is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Clinical Specialist and Certified STOTT Pilates™ instructor. Christina treats pelvic health and sports orthopedic diagnoses. She graduated from Northeastern University, Boston, MA with her Master’s of Physical Therapy. Her clinical work has been in both private and hospital-affiliated outpatient clinics in Boston, San Diego, and Hawaii with orthopedic, Pelvic Health, and sports-related populations. She is a certified pilates instructor comprehensively trained by STOTT Pilates™ and instructed in a private studio in La Jolla, CA and in physical therapy clinics.

Andrea is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a background in kinesiology and exercise science from Michigan State University. She earned her doctorate from National University of Health Sciences and is comprehensively trained through Polestar Pilates.
Her approach blends hands-on care with movement-based training to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and feel better in their bodies. Andrea is known for her thoughtful, individualized sessions and her ability to support lasting, sustainable results.

Cate is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and comprehensively certified through BASI Pilates, with advanced training in dry needling. As a runner herself, she has a deep understanding of the demands of the sport and specializes in helping clients stay active, resilient, and pain-free.
Her approach is precise and highly individualized, combining clinical expertise with movement to support long-term results. Cate is known for her ability to assess and treat the root cause of symptoms, helping clients return to the activities they love with confidence.

Ally is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned her degree from Northeastern University and is comprehensively certified through Polestar Pilates. She specializes in helping clients with low back pain build strength, stability, and confidence in their movement.
Her approach is highly individualized and detail-oriented, blending clinical insight with movement to support lasting results. Ally began her journey with The Pilates Rx as an intern before joining the team full-time, bringing a deep understanding of the practice and its approach to care.
