Dr. Ally Rogerson, PT

Ally is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned her degree from Northeastern University and is comprehensively certified through Polestar Pilates. She specializes in helping clients with low back pain build strength, stability, and confidence in their movement.
Her approach is highly individualized and detail-oriented, blending clinical insight with movement to support lasting results. Ally is also part of The Pilates Rx “For the Moms” program, supporting clients through pregnancy and postpartum with thoughtful, progressive care.
Dr. Cate McPherson, PT, OCS

Cate is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Clinical Orthopedic Specialist, comprehensively certified through BASI Pilates, and certified in dry needling. As a runner herself, she specializes in helping active clients stay strong, resilient, and pain-free, and also works with neurological populations and those seeking improved balance and control.
She is part of The Pilates Rx “For the Moms” program and brings a broad, inclusive approach to care. Cate combines advanced orthopedic expertise with movement-based training and manual therapy to support both performance and long-term function.
Christina Seng, MPT

Christina is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Clinical Specialist and certified STOTT Pilates™ instructor. She treats both men and women with pelvic health and orthopedic conditions, with a special focus on helping clients return to movement with strength and confidence.
She earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and previously developed and led a pelvic health program in an outpatient setting. Christina also specializes in working with artistic athletes, including dancers, skaters, and other performance-based movers, using a whole-body approach to optimize recovery and performance.
Dr. Jessica Forgione, PT, CSCS

Jessica is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned both her Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Science and her Doctorate from Northeastern University. She has extensive experience in both orthopedic and perinatal care and specializes in supporting clients through all stages of movement, recovery, and strength building.
She is the founder of The Pilates Rx “For the Moms” program, providing specialized care for pregnancy and postpartum. Jessica also serves as Clinic Manager, where she leads clinical operations and ensures a high standard of patient-centered, individualized care. Her approach blends physical therapy and Pilates to improve movement efficiency, address postural patterns, and support long-term function.
Dr. Allie Duffy, PT

Allie Duffy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, expert in movement analysis, and comprehensively trained Polestar Pilates instructor. She earned her Doctorate from the University of Connecticut before relocating to Boston, where she specialized in outpatient orthopedics and developed a strong clinical focus on movement dysfunction and performance.
She is the founder of The Pilates Rx, where she integrates physical therapy and Pilates to deliver highly individualized, evidence-informed care that bridges rehab and performance. Allie is known for her precise movement assessment and has worked with clients ranging from active adults to professional athletes, as well as consulting and teaching on the application of Pilates in sports medicine.
Dr. Andrea Ansenberger, DC

Andrea is comprehensively trained through Polestar Pilates, with a background in kinesiology and exercise science from Michigan State University and a doctorate from National University of Health Sciences.
At The Pilates Rx, Andrea focuses exclusively on Pilates-based training, working with clients who are ready to build on prior rehabilitation and progress their strength, mobility, and overall fitness. She is especially skilled in designing programs for clients with a history of low back pain, helping them move with confidence and independence.
