Allie Duffy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, expert in movement analysis, and comprehensively trained Polestar Pilates instructor. She earned her Doctorate from the University of Connecticut before relocating to Boston, where she specialized in outpatient orthopedics and developed a strong clinical focus on movement dysfunction and performance.
She is the founder of The Pilates Rx, where she integrates physical therapy and Pilates to deliver highly individualized, evidence-informed care that bridges rehab and performance. Allie is known for her precise movement assessment and has worked with clients ranging from active adults to professional athletes, as well as consulting and teaching on the application of Pilates in sports medicine.

She is the founder of The Pilates Rx “For the Moms” program, providing specialized care for pregnancy and postpartum. Jessica also serves as Clinic Manager, where she leads clinical operations and ensures a high standard of patient-centered, individualized care. Her approach blends physical therapy and Pilates to improve movement efficiency, address postural patterns, and support long-term function.

Christina is a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Clinical Specialist and certified STOTT Pilates™ instructor. She treats both men and women with pelvic health and orthopedic conditions, with a special focus on helping clients return to movement with strength and confidence.
She earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and previously developed and led a pelvic health program in an outpatient setting. Christina also specializes in working with artistic athletes, including dancers, skaters, and other performance-based movers, using a whole-body approach to optimize recovery and performance.
