Yes; we have a parking lot directly behind our building off of Temple St. Parking is free for up to 2 hours. There is also metered parking available along Broadway.

We stock complimentary water, towels, and toiletries to freshen up after your session. We also offer rotating flavors of Katalyst Kombucha and cold brew coffee on tap.

You can always change appointments directly from the confirmation email received by clicking “cancel/change” appointments at the bottom of the email. You can also create a client account with our scheduling system to view all upcoming and past appointments and make changes. Check out this “how-to” video here.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Our Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. We also ask that if you are sick with any symptoms or have been exposed to Covid-19 that you please contact us to delay your appointment as soon as possible.
