“I started going in for private Pilates lessons to get in shape before my wedding in June and have been continuing afterward.

My body feels much more balanced, and I notice a huge difference in my body awareness.”

“The cueing is simple, direct and super easy to follow. It was a sweaty, yet fun, 50 minutes of an intense full body reformer workout and I finished the session feeling invigorated and rejuvenated!”
